Dr. Steiner founded the company in 2012 and now serves as the President and Senior Partner of AVS. Outside of taking care of patients as a general and vascular surgeon, Dr. Steiner takes on a leadership role tasked with the overall vision and strategic direction of the organization. AVS as a parent company has a property division of which Dr. Steiner serves as key leadership in operation and direction.
Dr. Rodriguez serves as a Managing Partner of operations and the Medical Director of our Vascular Lab. In addition to her vascular surgeon role, Dr. Rodriguez is charged with leading clinical operations, mid-level providers as well as oversees Human Resource decisions pertaining to clinical personnel.
Marcus serves as the CEO of AVS charged with the management and leadership of the organization to include operationalizing the vision. Marcus is a Certified Medical Practice Executive as well as holds a Bachelor’s in Business, a Masters in Management and is currently in pursuit of a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration.
