Clinic & Administrative Hours

CLINIC WORKING HOURS

Doctor’s visits are sometimes a real pain, but we try to be there for you when you need us, at your preferred time. Simply follow these few steps to ensure a stressless visit.

We have clinic Monday- Friday, with special appointments reserved for Saturdays for certain specialties. Contingent on your visit type and preference, you can schedule time with your surgeon, mid-level provider, or sonographer. Our automated system will contact you prior to your visit to remind you of pertinent information.

WHAT TO REMEMBER

CHECK IN PROCESS

Our check-in process is rather quick with our digitized iPad experience, simply verify your identity and update any Health/contact/insurance information while relaxing in our spacious lobby. It is always handy to bring a form of ID and your insurance cards.

Clinical Time

Generally a medical assistant or RN will welcome you back to a exam room while reviewing your chart and obtaining your vitals. Once completed, a provider will visit. Contingent on your visit time, expect anywhere from 20-45 minutes.

ULTRASOUND APPOINTMENT

Depending on your type of ultrasound study, your clinical time could range from 30 minutes – 2 hours. Please remember you might be considered “NPO“ which means Nothing By Month prior to your appointment. Your nurse will be sure to inform you accordingly.

FINISHING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Once your appointment is complete, you will be directed to either a surgery scheduler then nursing staff to determine the next steps or a simple checkout with front desk to finalize any remittance. Our billing team will also be available to answer any and all insurance inquiries.
